As a result, we’re often asked to get deeply involved in their projects, using our blend of experience to work as part of their team to help shape the strategy and brief, long before creative development begins.

Founded in 2007, we have a combination of agency and client-side experience. Our senior team includes people who’ve run multi-million pound marketing budgets and had leadership roles in other agencies.

Above all, we love working closely with our clients to help them significantly improve their business outcomes and enjoy the journey to getting there.

    Robert Pepper

    Robert spent most of
    his career in client-side marketing roles on brands including Orange, Sky
    and Virgin, and led the rebranding of T-Mobile and AirMiles.

    In 2005, he left the corporate world to focus
    on what he does best:
    creating and delivering innovative multichannel
    strategic marketing.

    Robert leads our futurethinking© workshops and ensures all projects have a compelling vision and measureable action plans.

    Robert Pepper

    Tony’s held senior creative roles in agencies for over two decades and has amassed several awards. 

    He spent eight years as Creative Director at
    Black Sun, followed by a
    three-year stint at MBP,
    before founding pslondon
    with Robert.

    Tony has worked with some of the world’s largest brands including American Express, RBS, MasterCard, Royal Sun Alliance, British Airways,
    O2, Worldpay and VocaLink.

    Robert Pepper

    Andrea has overall responsibility for all
    client deliverables and
    leadership of our account management team. 

    She’s held senior roles at global agencies in the UK and China, with a focus
    on delivering successful
    multi-channel brand and marketing campaigns. 

    Andrea has worked across many different B2B, B2C
    and education brands,
    including BP, adidas, Morrisons and Pearson.
