Seeing GDPR as an opportunity

With the May 2018 deadline looming, you're no doubt inundated with information on it. It's often seen as a threat, with fines for breaches heavily publicised. In our experience, however, GDPR is an opportunity. Its intention is to put customers and staff first, ensuring transparency around their data. This can lead to much more effective targeting and engagement with your customers. 

But it's important to get GDPR right and it's not too late for that.
