Despite being 30 years old with distribution in 180 countries and 107 million users, ESET were not widely known in the UK. They asked us to build a B2C campaign to increase their brand recognition in this market and drive sales of their multi device security product.

our solution

Our campaign strategy was determined by audience insights. Multi device software is perfectly suited to families with children, all obsessed with their various web browsing devices and online interests. We carefully selected a channel mix to provide maximum visibility to the parents responsible for keeping their families safe online. We knew our hero creative needed to resonate strongly with this audience – providing instant recognition and affinity.

the outcome

Our campaign was led by a cheeky, sassy young girl rolling her eyes in exactly the way parents experience every day. Crucially we built all of our messaging and creative around a positive angle, encouraging consumers to enjoy the internet – cutting through the scaremongering usually found in the security software world.
